The Alarm Escalation Module is a licensed enteliWEB add-on module that provides facility managers with the tools they need to ensure that important alarms are attended to. This module is ideal for facilities where it is critical that alarms are seen by a building operator and given attention within a certain period of time. By providing a multi-tier alarm escalation scheme, administrators can define the order by which to notify building operators if an alarm remains unresolved or unacknowledged for a specific amount of time. The Alarm Escalation Module can also be coupled with the Alarm Email Scheduling Module to allow alarm escalations to be halted or redirected based on the time of day.
