Details

The Enterprise Scheduler is a licensed enteliWEB add-on module that provides centralized management of scheduling throughout facilities and across portfolios of buildings. Cascading levels of schedules simplify the management of equipment and spaces. Time is saved and complexity reduced by having general building schedules prepopulate lower level room or equipment schedules.  This in turn reduces labour costs and potential errors that may occur when individually managing schedules that are spread amongst various controllers and buildings. The Enterprise Scheduler furthers energy savings by automatically synchronizing schedule changes across entire campuses or large sites, ensuring that closures or holidays are applied effectively throughout.

Advanced user permissions allow a facility administrator to fine tune access to specific levels of scheduling to promote delegation of schedule management to area and department managers. Exceptions can be placed at any level of schedule to temporarily override the schedule being passed down from above, allowing department managers to override global scheduling to suit the unique needs of their spaces when necessary.
