The Device Snapshot Tool is a module that allows the operator to select multiple devices and run several reports on each device, allowing maintenance and service teams to receive periodic packages that can be used to verify the health of the system.  These snapshots can be run on a one-time basis, or configured to automatically run and email specific users device information on a periodic basis.

Key Features

• Allows the user to configure one-time or scheduled device snapshots
• Each device included in the snapshot will have 3 reports run against it:
  • Device Report - Includes device statistics (such as Scan Rate, Application Version, Firmware Version, Ram, etc) as well as a list of all objects / values on the panel
  • Trend Log Report - Includes the local data for every trend log on the device
  • Network Report - Displays packet statistics and active adapters
• Report packages can be downloaded directly from enteliWEB, or automatically emailed to specific user groups on completion
