A Building Manager or Client identifies a project where a PDS product or customization would add value.
Client Contacts PDS
You give us a call or send us an email and one of our Engineering Service Specialists starts defining the project.
Statement of Work Generated
An Engineering Service Specialist works with you to refine the scope of the project. We work with you to find a mutually agreeable delivery timeline based on the deadline. Then, the Statement of Work is sent to you for review, along with the quotation.
Client Accepts Proposal
Once the Statement of Work has been reviewed, you sign the agreement and the project schedule is confirmed.
PDS Delivers Work With Consultation
An Engineering Service Specialist completes the work, and is in contact with you throughout the duration of your project. If included in the quote, the deliverables are also deployed to site (installed and tested on the site server).
Client Accepts Completed Work
You review the completed project and provide feedback for any modifications that are required.
