Typically, the Data Transfer Module should automatically replicate any changes made via enteliWEB to objects that are in a replication list.
If this is not occuring, it is likely that the required changes to BAC.php were never made, or were over written. If you download the applicable version of the helpfile, it will guide you on making the required changes.
