Replication fails with error: â€œFailed to synchronize group â€“ master device not found in enteliWEB.â€?

If you are receiving this message in your Data Transfer Module logs, it could be for one of the following reasons:

Master device is not specified on the Replication Filter Page
Master device does not exist / is not known by enteliWEB
Master device format is incorrect - device references must be in the format of "//<SITE NAME>/<DEVICE NUMBER>"
