Costco came to visit Delta Controls in 2017. They had challenges with the inconsistent HVAC control within their warehouses. Depending on the age of the warehouse and geographical location, the HVAC units installed on the roof could be from a number of different manufacturers, each with their own control systems. Costco was looking to standardize with a company that had an excellent track record with quality product, who could manage environmental conditions with networked control across the entire building rather than autonomous units running in isolation, and most importantly they prefer to work with the manufacturer when at all possible.

When a new project is offered of either a new build or older structure retrofit, Delta, with their expansive partner network, finds a local partner able to take on the install. Our DDC group then provides network submittals, Delta hardware, and DDC programming to the local partner. The partner supplies install labour and local project management. Delta offers real time remote assistance to the balancing group and the finished installs are networked back to Costco for continuous monitoring via enteliWEB.
